Update : Additional Precautionary Restrictions for Travellers Visiting Myanmar

#Travel-Advisory for Quarantine (ကမ္ဘာ့နိုင်ငံအသီးသီးမှ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းသို့ ၀င်ရောက်လာမည့် ခရီးသွားများအားလုံး)

#ကိုးကားချက် - နိုင်ငံခြား‌ရေး၀န်ကြီးဌာန၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ

COVID – 19 အသက်ရှုလမ်းကြောင်းဆိုင်ရာကူးစက်‌‌ရောဂါပြန့်ပွားနေသည့်ကာလအတွင်း ‌‌ရောဂါပြန့်ပွားမှုကို ကြိုတင်တားဆီးကာကွယ်နိုင်ရန် အောက်ပါ ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်ရေး ထပ်တိုးအစီအမံများကို ဆောင်ရွက်သွားပြီး အဆိုပါကန့်သတ်ချက်အစီအမံများသည် ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ်၊ မတ်လ ၂၅ ရက်နေ့၊ ဗုဒ္ဓဟူးနေ့မှ စတင် အသက်၀င်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။

• ကမ္ဘာ့နိုင်ငံအသီးသီးမှ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ လာရောက်ကြမည့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားများအားလုံး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ စတင်ရောက်ရှိချိန်မှစတင်၍ ၁၄ ရက် သီးသန့်သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့် နေရာများတွင် ထားရှိစောင့်ကြည့်မှု (Facility Quarantine) ပြုလုပ်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

• မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ လာရောက်ကြမည့် နိုင်ငံခြားသားခရီးသွားများ အားလုံးအနေဖြင့် လေယာဥ်များပေါ်သို့ မတက်‌ရောက်မီ  လွန်ခဲ့သော (၇၂) နာရီမတိုင်ခင်က ရရှိထားသည့် COVID – 19 ရောဂါကင်းရှင်းကြောင်း ဓာတ်ခွဲခန်း ဆေးစစ်ချက်အထောက်အထား ပြသရန်လိုအပ်ပါသည်။  ၎င်းတို့အား မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ စတင်ရောက်ရှိချိန်မှစတင်၍ ၁၄ ရက် သီးသန့်သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့်နေရာများတွင် ထားရှိစောင့်ကြည့်မှု (Facility Quarantine) ကို ပြုလုပ်သွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

• မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ သံတမန်များ၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအခြေစိုက် ကုလသမဂ္ဂလက်အောက်ခံအဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှ ၀န်ထမ်းများအနေဖြင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ လာ‌ရောက်မည့် လေယာဥ်များပေါ်သို့ မတက်ရောက်မီ လွန်ခဲ့သော (၇၂) နာရီမတိုင်ခင်က ရရှိထားသည့် COVID – 19 ရောဂါကင်းရှင်းကြောင်း ဓာတ်ခွဲခန်း ဆေးစစ်ချက် အထောက်အထားပြသရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ ၎င်းတို့အား မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ စတင်ရောက်ရှိချိန်မှစတင်၍ ၎င်းတို့နေအိမ်များတွင် ၁၄ ရက် သီးသန့်နေထိုင်စောင့်ကြည့်မှု (Home Quarantine)  ပြုလုပ်သွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ယခုထုတ်ပြန်ချက်သည် ယခင်က ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာခဲ့သည့် အစီအမံများအားလုံးအပေါ် လွှမ်းမိုးကာ စတင်အကျုံးဝင်စေမည် ဖြစ်သည်။

COVID – 19 အသက်ရှုလမ်းကြောင်းဆိုင်ရာ ကူးစက်ပျံ့နှံ့မှုကို တားဆီးထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်ရန် ခရီးသည်များအား လေဆိပ်ကျန်းမာရေးဌာနခွဲနှင့် အပြည့်အဝ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ကြပါရန် ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်မှ အကြံပြုအပ်ပါသည်။

#Travel Advisory for Quarantine (for all incoming travelers from all countries)

Amid Covid-19 health concerns, please be advised that the following additional temporary restrictive measures will take effect from 25 March 2020, Wednesday.

- All incoming Myanmar nationals from any country will be subjected to a 14-day facility quarantine on arrival in Myanmar.

- All foreign nationals traveling to Myanmar are required to present laboratory evidence of absence of COVID-19 infection issued no more than 72 hours prior to the date of travel before boarding any airline destined for Myanmar. They will be subjected to a 14-day facility quarantine on arrival in Myanmar.

-  All diplomats accredited to Myanmar and United Nations officials working in Myanmar are also required to present laboratory evidence of absence of COVID-19 infection issued no more than 72 hours prior to the date of travel before boarding any airline destined for Myanmar. They will be subject to home quarantine for 14 days on their arrival in Myanmar. 

All updates above will supersede the measures announced earlier.

YIA strongly suggests travelers cooperate fully with Airport Health Quarantine Teams to contain the spread of COVID-19.
