Yangon Aerodrome Company Limited Completed FOD Campaign

ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်အား စီမံခန့်ခွဲဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးလျက်ရှိသော Yangon Aerodrome Company Limited (“YACL”) သည် ၎င်း၏ ဒုတိယအကြိမ်မြောက် Foreign Object Debris ("FOD") campaign လှုပ်ရှားမှုကို လေဆိပ်အတွင်းရှိ လေယာဉ်များဆိုက်ကပ်ရာလုပ်ငန်းခွင်၌ ဆောင်ရွက်ပြီးစီးခဲ့ပြီဖြစ်ပါသည်။ FOD ဆိုသည်မှာ လေဆိပ်ဧရိယာအတွင်းရှိနေသော မလိုလားအပ်သည့် ပစ္စည်းများဖြစ်ပြီး လေဆိပ်အတွင်း ဝင်ထွက်သွားလာဆိုက်ကပ်နေသော လေယာဉ်များ နှင့် လေဆိပ်လုပ်ငန်းခွင်တာဝန်ကျဝန်ထမ်းများအတွက် ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ဖြစ်စေနိုင်မည့် ပစ္စည်းများဖြစ်ပါသည်။

 အဆိုပါ FOD Campaign ဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင် မိတ်ဖက်လေကြောင်းလိုင်းများ၊ Ground Handling Agent များစသည့် လေဆိပ်လုပ်ငန်းလုပ်ကိုင်နေ‌သော အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ အေးရှား‌ဝေါလ် ဆောက်လုပ်ရေး နှင့် Yangon Aerodrome Company Limited (“YACL”) တို့မှ ဝန်ထမ်း ၁၆၃ ဦး အားတက်သရောပါဝင်ခဲ့ကြပြီး FOD ၁၄ ကီလိုဂရမ်ကျော်ကို ရှင်းလင်း သိမ်းဆည်းရရှိခဲ့ပြီး ယခုနှစ် အစောပိုင်းတွင် ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့သော FOD Campaign မှ ရရှိခဲ့သည့် FOD ပမာဏထက် သိသိသာသာ လျော့ကျခဲ့ပါသည်။

 ယခုလို ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်အား ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းသော နယ်မြေဝန်းကျင်ဖြစ်ပေါ်စေရေးအတွက် ယခုလှုပ်ရှားမှုတွင်ပါဝင်ခဲ့ကြသူများအားလုံးကို YACL မှ ကျေးဇူးတင်အပ်ပါသည်။

"Yangon Aerodrome Company Limited (YACL), operator of YIA, has just concluded its second foreign object debris (FOD) awareness campaign held at the airport's airside facilities. FOD are objects which serve no operational function and may pose a hazard to aircraft and airport personnel.

 Participants from various entities such as Airlines Partners, Ground Handling Agents, Asia World Company Construction, Yangon Aerodrome Company Limited (“YACL”) were able to collect around 14 kg of FOD during the campaign, significantly lower compared to the earlier campaign this year.

 YACL would like to thank all the participants for playing their part in maintaining YIA's safe operational environment."
