Yangon International Airport’s Nine-Month Passenger Traffic Rises 6.5%, Driven By New Routes

ရန်ကုန် - အောက်တိုဘာလ ၁၈ ရက်၊ ၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ် - ၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ်၏ ပထမကိုးလတာကာလအတွင်း မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ အဓိက လေကြောင်းဝင်ထွက်ပေါက်တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည့် ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်အား အသုံးပြုသူ ခရီးသည် ပမာဏ ၄.၆၀ သန်းအထိ မြင့်တက်ခဲ့ပြီး ယခင်နှစ်ကာလတူမှ ခရီးသည်ပမာဏ ၄.၃၂ သန်းနှင့် နှိုင်းယှဉ်လျှင် ၆.၅% တိုးတက်လာသည်ဟု ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်လုပ်ငန်းများကို တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်နေသော Yangon Aerodrome Company (“YACL”) မှ ယနေ့ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာလိုက်ပါသည်။

ယခုကဲ့သို့ခရီးသည်ပမာဏမြင့်တက်လာရခြင်းသည် ခရီးစဉ်သစ်များ တိုးချဲ့ပျံသန်းပြေးဆွဲမှုကြောင့်ဖြစ်ပြီး အဓိကအားဖြင့် တရုတ်ခရီးသွားစျေးကွက်မှ ခရီးစဉ်တိုးချဲ့ ပျံသန်းမှုများကြောင့်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း YACL မှ ပြောကြားသွားခဲ့ပါသည်။

YANGON, 18 October 2019 – Yangon Aerodrome Company (“YACL”), operator of Yangon International Airport (“YIA”), announced today that passenger traffic at the main aviation gateway of Myanmar increased to 4.60 million in the first nine months of 2019, 6.5% higher than 4.32 million a year earlier.    

YACL said the increase was due to the addition of new routes – mainly from the Chinese market.
