Review and revise Public Health Emergency Events Preparedness Plans and Training for Mass Casualty Management at Yangon International Airport

ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းဒေသကြီး ပြည်သူ့ကျန်းမာရေးဦးစီးဌာန၊ ဗဟိုကူးစက်ရောဂါတိုက်ဖျက်ရေးဌာနခွဲမှ ကြီးမှူး ပြုလုပ်သော (၃) ရက်တာ အလုပ်ရုံညှိနှိုင်းအစည်းအဝေးတွင် ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ လေဆိပ်၏ ပြည်သူ့ ကျန်းမာရေး အရေးပေါ်အခြေအနေများအား ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်ခြင်းနှင့် တုံ့ပြန်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များအား စီစစ်သုံးသပ်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

အဆိုပါ အလုပ်ရုံ ညှိနှိုင်းအစည်းအဝေးသို့ ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းဒေသကြီး ကျန်းမာရေးဦးစီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် ဒေါက်တာ ထွန်းမြင့်၊ ဗဟိုကူးစက်ရောဂါတိုက်ဖျက်ရေးဌာနခွဲ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူး ဒေါက်တာ ထွန်းတင်၊ လေဆိပ် ပူးပေါင်းညှိနှိုင်းမှုကော်မတီ ဥက္ကဌ ဦးမြင့်ဌေး၊ YACL နှင့် လေကြောင်းလိုင်းအသီးသီးတို့မှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ တက်ရောက်ကြပါသည်။

 အလုပ်ရုံညှိနှိုင်းအစည်းအဝေးတွင် YACL Safety Department ၏ တာဝန်ရှိသူမှ လေဆိပ်ကျန်းမာရေး အရေးပေါ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပြင်ဆင်မှုများ၊ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုများ နှင့် အထူးအရေးပေါ်ရောဂါစောင့်ကြပ်ကြည့်ရှုခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းများနှင့် ပက်သက်၍ ရှင်းလင်းတင်ပြခဲ့ပါသည်။

 အဆိုပါ အလုပ်ရုံညှိနှိုင်းအစည်းအဝေးသည် ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ် နှင့် ဆိပ်ကမ်းများရှိ နိုင်ငံတကာ ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှု စည်းမျဉ်း စံနှုန်းများနှင့် ကိုက်ညီသော ပြည်သူ့ကျန်းမာရေးအတွက် အရေးပေါ်အခြေအနေ များအား ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်ခြင်း နှင့် တုံ့ပြန်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ တိုးတက်ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာစေရန် ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။

 The public health department, central branch (transmission) of Ministry of Health and Sports organized three days’ workshop to review and revise public health emergency preparedness plans and training for mass casualty management at Yangon International Airport from 15th to 17th August.

Dr. Htun Myint-Deputy Director-General for Yangon Region Health Department, Dr. Htun Tin- Director for Epidemiology/PHE, Department of Public Health, U Myint Htay- Chairman of Airport Coordination Committee, members of YACL together with airlines partners attended the workshop.

During the meeting, members of the Safety Department for YACL also presented the Airport Emergency Plan, Concept of Emergency Operations, and High-Level Emergency Response.

In line with International Health Regulations, the workshop aimed to promote the preparedness plans and training for Mass Casualty Management at ports in Myanmar such as Yangon International Airport and seaports.
