ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ် International Terminal – ၂၇ ဇူလိုင်လ ၂၀၁၈ မှစ၍ လေကြောင်းလိုင်း စုစုပေါင်း ၂၇ လိုင်းကိုဝန်ဆောင်မှူပေး

• လုံခြုံရေးဆိုင်ရာစစ်ဆေးမှု ( Screening ) လမ်းကြောင်း များတိုးချဲ့မှု။
• ဆိုက်ရောက်ခရီးသည်များအတွက် Gate အသစ်များဖွင့်လှစ်ထားရှိမှု။
• လေကြောင်းလိုင်းနှင့်လေဆိပ်ဝန်ထမ်းများအတွက် သီးသန့် ဝင်ပေါက်များထားပေးမှု။
• ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးသောဝန်ထမ်းအင်အားဖြည့်စွက်တိုးမြင့်ပေးထားမှု။

ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ လေဆိပ်သည် ၎င်း၏ အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ လေဆိပ် International Terminal တွင် ခရီးသည်အများအပြားထူထပ်မှုကို ယနေ့ နံနက်တွင် ကြုံတွေ့ခဲ့ရပါသည်။ ယခင် Terminal 2 မှ လေကြောင်းလိုင်း ၁၁ လိုင်း International Terminal သို့ ယနေ့စတင်ပြောင်းရွှေ့ပြေး ဆွဲပျံသန်းခြင်းနှင့်အတူ နေ့ထူးနေ့မြတ်ဖြစ်သော ဝါဆိုလပြည့်နေ့အားလပ်ရက်တွင် ခရီးသွားလာသူများ နှင့် ၎င်းတို့အား လိုက်ပါပို့ဆောင် နှုတ်ဆက်သူများ များပြားလာမှုတို့ကြောင့် ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်၌ ခရီးသည်ထူထပ်မှုစံချိန်တင်တိုးတက် များပြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထိုကဲ့သို့ ပုံမှန်မဟုတ်သော အခြေအနေကြောင့် ယနေ့ နံနက်အစောပိုင်း လေယာဉ်အတက်အဆင်း များပြားချိန်၌ ခရီးသည်များသည် International Terminal ရှိ ဝင်ပေါက်များတွင် ကြန့်ကြာမှုများ ကြုံတွေ့ခဲ့ရပါသည်။

ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်အနေဖြင့် ခရီးသည်များ ပိုမိုအဆင်ပြေချောမွေ့စွာ ဝင်ထွက်သွားလာနိုင်ရန် လုံခြုံရေးစစ်ဆေးမှု (Screening) ဖြတ်သန်းရန် ဝင်ပေါက်လမ်းကြောင်း စုစုပေါင်း လေးကြောင်း နှင့် ဝန်ထမ်းအင်အားများ ထပ်မံဖြည့်တင်းပေးထားပါသည်။

လတ်တလောကာလတွင် ခရီးသည်များ ကြုံတွေ့ခဲ့ရသော အဆင်မပြေမှုများအတွက် ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ လေဆိပ်မှ အနူးအညွတ်တောင်းပန်အပ်ပါသည်။ ဆက်လက်၍ ခရီးသည်များအား International Terminal တွင် ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ်ပေး အပ်သွားနိုင်ရန် ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်မှ ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက်သွားပါမည်။

YIA witnessed an overwhelming jump in passenger traffic this morning at its international terminal. As 11 airlines from Terminal 2 commenced operations at International Terminal today coupled with an unprecedented number of travellers, meeters and greeters during the long weekend for the Full Moon Day of Waso, traffic at the airport surged to record levels and that situation led to passenger delays at the entry ways of T1 during the early peak hour.

We have established a total of four additional screening lanes and increased manpower to ensure smoother passenger flows.
